You will need to book your place in your chosen topic/s of webinar in advance and confirm you will be attending. You can either have an individual webinar, or come as part of a group of up to 20 individuals. Registration has a 3week window: Opening 4weeks before your webinar date; Closing 1week before your webinar date.

Similarly, we need you to submit any questions in advance too, the closing date being 1week before your webinar.

While technically you can join your webinar weeks beforehand so long as you are registered (as far as waiting in the lobby), when it comes to the day of your chosen topic/s of webinar we recommend that you get comfortable and ready by signing into Microsoft Teams around 15minutes early.

Make sure that you are presentable and have cleared your background accordingly, including removing any distractions.

Check that your microphone is fully functional, then put it on mute. You will then be invited to unmute during your part of the active discussion.

Further to admitting everyone from the lobby, at the start of your webinar we will do a brief welcome, and introduce Health, Healing, and Progression, and the main overall topic/s.

We will then proceed with the active discussion, whereby we will do an overview of the main overall topic/s, followed by answering all questions that were submitted in time, including any clarifications requested if any answers have not fully covered whichever question and/or suggestions for alternative information sources.

Finally, we will do a recap of the main overall topic/s and main points, followed by ending your webinar.
